Ajet Issued My Ticket Under Maiden Name and Refused to Refund the Unused Ticket

I purchased a ticket with reservation number VF3009 (25.01.2025 ESB-SAW Ajet 26AN7S) and noticed during check-in that my ticket had been issued under my maiden name. I was informed that I could not complete the check-in process and would need to purchase a new ticket, then request a refund for the original ticket from the agency I bought it from. However, I purchased the ticket using my national ID number, and there were no issues at the time of purchase. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the unused ticket, as I had to buy a new one. I contacted Ajet representatives regarding this matter, but they stated that they could not process the refund and that I needed to request it from the agency. However, I did not buy the ticket through an agency but directly from the Ajet ticket sales point at the airport. As a result, I was forced to purchase two tickets for the same flight.
