Unable to Modify Ajet Seat Selection – System Errors Preventing Check-In and Seat Changes

I purchased Ajet tickets for a trip with my spouse. As the flight approached, I tried to check-in 24 hours in advance. This time, I decided not to select seats, thinking it wouldn’t be an issue if we were seated toward the back—after all, the plane isn’t going to a different country from there! However, the system assigned seats with the same PNR number in a completely odd way—one ticket got 2C and the other 10D, which makes no sense.

Now, I want to cancel and select new seats, but the system is giving me errors. After speaking with a representative, the check-in was removed, but I’m still getting the same error. Even when trying to select a different seat, the system won’t allow it. Please address this issue urgently so we can fix our seat selection.
