Ajet Flight Missed - Gate Missing, Refund Denied

On Sunday, October 5, 2025, at 21:55, I was not allowed to board my Ajet flight from Çukurova Airport to Sabiha Gökçen due to a lack of information. The Ajet app did not display the gate number, airport staff said they did not know which gate the flight was at, and while the screens showed gate numbers for other flights, this flight’s gate number was missing. As a result, I couldn’t find the gate on time and missed the flight. When I finally located the gate, I was told the doors had just closed and that I could not enter under any circumstances. I was informed that there was another flight at 03:50, which I could switch to, but when I tried to do so through the app, it requested a payment of ₺5,209.61. Later, when I spoke to the Ajet sales representative at Çukurova Airport, they told me there was nothing they could do and confirmed that the 03:50 flight was indeed expensive. I submitted feedback through the mobile app under case number 629211, explaining my situation and requesting a refund. Afterwards, I also contacted customer service for my ticket with PNR code 3A77UN. However, they only responded by saying, “We have marked your feedback as urgent; you will receive information via email and SMS in a few days.” After checking similar complaints on Xolvie, I saw that refunds are generally not provided. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and due to this situation, I no longer plan to fly with Ajet. I also submitted a complaint on Xolvie. I paid ₺4,765.96 for the ticket through the VakıfBank mobile app. I request that my ticket payment be refunded to me immediately to resolve this issue. Let’s see if the refund will actually be made — if not, I will continue to pursue this by posting and tagging the company on X to make my grievance heard.
