AJet Assigned Me and My Daughter Separate Seats Under Same PNR


On June 26, 2025, I traveled with my daughter using AJet tickets booked under the same PNR: 2ZF8P. Despite being on the same reservation, we were assigned separate seats. This was already frustrating, but what happened next was unacceptable.
When we boarded the plane, the cabin crew did their best to assist us and tried to make the situation easier. However, the ground staff was shockingly unprofessional and completely unhelpful. Instead of resolving the seating issue, they crossed out my original seat on the ticket and forced me to sit in the very back of the plane—far from my child.
Even worse, one of the ground staff members acted in a threatening manner and made mocking comments in front of other passengers, humiliating me publicly. This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable, especially from an airline I trusted.
I demand an official explanation and apology from AJet for both the seating failure and the disrespectful behavior of their ground personnel. I expect a prompt response and corrective action. No customer should ever be treated this way.
