AJet Changed My Pre-Selected Seats Without Notice – No Support Response

I booked my AJet flight 1.5 months in advance, specifically selecting seats 16A and 16B so that I could sit by the window and stay next to my mother, who is afraid of flying. However, during check-in, my seat still showed 16A, but after confirming, it suddenly changed to 18B without my consent!
I immediately contacted customer service, and they told me to submit a feedback form and call them. They assured me that an urgent request would be placed and that I would get a response before my flight. It has now been over 18 hours, and I still have no update.
AJet, this is completely unacceptable! Why was my seat changed? I demand an immediate solution and proper customer support!
