I am writing regarding a serious and urgent issue with a ₹40,000 transaction that has not been credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account for about two months. I initiated a withdrawal of ₹40,000 from the BDG game to my Airtel Payments Bank account linked to mobile number and account 6294366***, IFSC AIRP0000001. In the BG game/BDG history, the withdrawal appears as successful with the reference WD2026031617014338426760a, but the amount has still not been credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account. Despite the transaction showing as completed on the game side, my Airtel Payments Bank balance has not increased by ₹40,000. This is my hard‑earned money, and such a long delay is causing me serious stress and financial difficulty. I contacted Airtel Payments Bank customer care, and they only informed me that the amount has not been credited, without giving me any proper solution. As a result, my ₹40,000 is still missing. I request Airtel Payments Bank to urgently investigate this transaction on priority and either immediately credit the ₹40,000 to my Airtel Payments Bank account linked to mobile number 6294366*** or provide a clear written resolution. I expect this issue to be fully resolved and the amount credited or refunded within 7 days of receiving this complaint, and I also request a written confirmation of the final outcome.
