Airbnb Cancelled My Booking and Refused Timely Refund, Leaving Me Stranded

I booked accommodation through Airbnb, but three days before my stay, the host cancelled my reservation. It was the most affordable option in the area, and when Airbnb issued a refund, they credited it to my account instead of allowing me to withdraw it. They claimed the refund process would take 14 days.
As a master’s student in London, I have a limited budget and carefully planned my expenses. Airbnb's delay effectively locked my accommodation budget, leaving me unable to secure another place. To make matters worse, a representative mistakenly applied ₺6000 to my account and insisted I pay the remaining difference for a more expensive option, which I simply cannot afford.
Airbnb’s alternative suggestions were unsuitable, with one being two hours away from my school and another offering only a bed in a hostel instead of a room. If I wanted to stay in a hostel, I could have booked one myself at half the cost. Despite multiple conversations and support tickets, I’ve received no resolution or meaningful assistance.
My current accommodation ends tomorrow morning, and Airbnb's negligence has left me stranded. I’ve been emotionally and financially drained by this ordeal. If my issue isn’t resolved by November 24, 2024, I will escalate this matter to consulates and pursue legal action. Attached is the evidence of my communication with Airbnb support.
