Airbnb Booking Canceled Despite Full Payment

We reserved a 6-person apartment at Twins Tower in Alanya for Eid al-Adha through Airbnb, and we made the payment. After a 6-7 hour journey, when we tried to enter our apartment, they provided numerous reasons such as the room not being clean, payment made for only 1 person, and your reservation not showing up. We couldn't reach the host, couldn't find anyone to refund our money. Despite having the reservation number and the apartment's code, we couldn't enter the apartment. Our holiday plans were completely ruined.
