Air France Charged Cabin Baggage Fee Unfairly

On May 16th, we had to catch a flight with Air France from London to Nice, specifically flight AF7551. We had to spend a good half hour explaining and persuading the staff at the Air France counter, since they seemed to be completely unaware of the visa requirement for Green Passports. Even though my luggage met the size and weight requirements, it still wasn't allowed in the cabin and I had to pay an additional fee. Our luggage got messed up during the flight. We kindly ask the Air France authorities to address the matter and put an end to our unfortunate situation.
