I Experienced a 6-Hour Delay on My Air Arabia
My recent experience with Air Arabia was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I was traveling on a connecting flight through Sharjah International Airport in Dubai, and my flight was delayed by six full hours. During this entire delay, no assistance or compensation was offered to us at the airport. There were no meal vouchers, no access to lounges—not even a proper explanation.
When we attempted to file a formal complaint at the airport, we were simply told that there was nothing they could do. Even more upsetting, our official complaint was outright rejected. The staff was indifferent, and no real customer support was provided at any point throughout the ordeal.
This is unacceptable treatment from an airline that promotes itself as reliable and customer-focused. Long layovers are hard enough, but enduring a 6-hour delay with zero support is inexcusable. I am demanding appropriate compensation for the time lost, the inconvenience caused, and the complete lack of accountability by Air Arabia.
I urge the company to take responsibility and honor passengers’ rights when such delays occur. We deserve better.
