Air Arabia Refused to Help Passenger Retrieve Glasses Left on Plane
On October 14, 2025, during my Air Arabia flight from Casablanca to Sabiha Gökçen, I was seated in seat 22E. At the end of the flight, around 1:00 a.m., I realized that I had left my navy blue and lime green Vogue eyeglasses on the seat. Within less than two minutes after deplaning, I immediately returned to the gate to retrieve them. However, the staff refused to let me back on the aircraft, stating, “You cannot re-enter.”
At that time, the entire crew was still onboard, and I clearly informed them that my glasses were left on the seat, but no assistance was provided, and my glasses were not returned.
Afterward, I also contacted Çelebi Ground Services at the airport, but no progress or support was offered there either.
Flight details:
PNR: 5142*******5502
Route: Casablanca → Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport
I kindly request that my lost eyeglasses be located and returned to me as soon as possible. I also ask that this incident be investigated, as I was denied immediate access to retrieve my personal belongings despite being right at the aircraft.
