Air Arabia Promises 400 € Compensation but Never Pays After Flight Delay

January 12 3:59 PM63

On November 11, 2025, we had a flight from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Casablanca, Morocco with Air Arabia. When we arrived at the airport, we learned during check-in that our flight, which was scheduled for 12:30 AM, had been moved to 6:30 AM without any prior notification. As a result, we were forced to spend the night at the airport.

Throughout the night, we were cold, and the sandwiches provided as refreshments were spoiled, so we could not eat them. Due to this serious delay, we lost one full day of the 4-day tour we had purchased. We also became ill during the trip and had to cover unexpected additional expenses.

We reported all of these issues to Air Arabia by email, submitted all required documents in full, and were informed via email that we would receive 400 € in compensation. We were told the payment would be made by bank transfer. However, 45 days have passed since that last email, and no payment has been made, nor have we received any response to our follow-up emails.

When I try to call Air Arabia’s Turkey customer service, the system automatically drops the call, and I am unable to reach a live representative. I request that the 400 € compensation promised to us be deposited into our bank account as soon as possible, using our PNR/ticket number 88270022, and that we be provided with clear information through active communication channels to resolve this issue.
