Air Arabia Increased My Layover From 2 Hours to 25 Hours
I booked round-trip flights with Air Arabia, departing on June 8 and returning on June 16. Before either flight even took place, my itinerary was changed multiple times by the airline. As a result, my layovers increased from approximately 2 hours to nearly 25 hours. Such an extreme increase in connection time has made my trip significantly more difficult and has completely disrupted my travel plans.
I received all of these schedule changes by email. When I contacted Air Arabia customer service, I was told that my only options were a refund or a flight change. Unfortunately, flights on the same dates are now much more expensive, and I cannot purchase comparable tickets for the price I originally paid. For that reason, a refund or a simple rebooking is not a practical solution.
I request that Air Arabia rebook my existing tickets onto flights with reasonable connection times. If that is not possible, I ask the airline to provide complimentary hotel accommodations and airport lounge access for the extended layovers caused by its schedule changes. I respectfully request a fair and reasonable resolution that takes into account the significant inconvenience these changes have caused.
