Air Arabia Bad Experience & Unhelpful Staff
When I returned from my Morocco tour with Air Arabia from Casablanca to Istanbul, several Moroccan girls were excessively boisterous throughout the flight. Overall, the plane was really loud. We kindly requested that the flight attendant ask them to be quiet, but instead, they grew much louder. The flight attendants and other passengers seemed to be familiar with them. Instead of warning them, the flight attendants decided to placate them. When they learned we were foreigners, they began flinging insults and vulgarity at us in a language other than English, all while glaring and shouting at us. The flight attendants never intervened.
Passengers were watching loud movies on their phones and listening to music without headphones. Throughout the five-hour drive, the lights were never turned out, and duty-free shops were frequently visited.
Furthermore, on the departing flight, our carry-on luggage was declared adequate for the cabin, but on the return trip, it was abruptly ruled too large without being weighed. I don't understand how this decision was made without first weighing the luggage.
Because they are affiliated, I hold both Air Arabia and Tatil Sepeti accountable for this incident. In the future, I will choose flights and vacations conducted by companies from my home nation.
