Request For Refund - Misleading Location Information

I had booked a hotel near Bhimashankar Temple, Maharashtra, through Agoda. At the time of booking, the location displayed on the app/website showed that the property was 9 km away from the temple. However, upon reaching the destination, the property owner informed me that I had booked a different property with the same name located 50 km away from the temple and denied me check-in. Due to the misleading location information and the denial of check-in at the intended location, I tried calling Agoda while I was on my way to the hotel, but they did not provide me with the exact location. This booking through Agoda caused me significant inconvenience in the middle of the night. I lost my money and had to spend the night in a bad hotel. Overall, I had a very bad booking experience with Agoda. Therefore, I kindly request you to process a full refund of my booking amount for Booking ID 1764158664 at the earliest.
