Agoda Charged Me Twice for Hotel Reservation in Mecca

I booked a hotel in Mecca through Agoda, and the website stated no payment would be charged immediately. Later, I applied a discount code and made a second reservation, assuming the first one wouldn't be charged. However, to my surprise, Agoda charged me for both reservations. Now, I’ve paid for two bookings at the same hotel, which I don’t need.

This double charge has caused me significant inconvenience. I request Agoda to promptly refund one of the charges, as I only require one reservation. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and financially burdened. Please address this issue immediately to resolve my grievance.
