I Booked a Sea View Superior Room on Agoda but Corendon Playa Kemer Says It’s a Land View

Today, I called Corendon Playa Kemer to confirm my reservation made through Agoda. They told me I only have a booking for a land view standard room, but my reservation was for a sea view double Superior room. This mix-up is frustrating and unacceptable. I’ve tried contacting Agoda customer service multiple times but can’t get through to anyone. I demand a prompt resolution to this issue. I paid for a specific room and expect what I booked, not to be downgraded or confused like this. Please fix this immediately and ensure I get the room I reserved. This situation is causing me a lot of stress right before my trip.
