I made a reservation for 2 days from August 14-16 through Agoda.com from Turkey to Vienna at "Cozy Rooms in an Elegant House" on July 28, 2024. I paid with my credit card and later decided to cancel the reservation. Despite the cancellation option being active in the Agoda.com application, I was informed that the cancellation could not be processed and that no refund would be issued due to the cancellation policy. Agoda.com claimed they had no control over the business’s policy and that "Cozy Rooms in an Elegant House" had its own cancellation rules. However, the application allowed for reservation cancellation. I canceled the reservation on the same day it was made, but I have not received a refund. Can you assist in resolving this issue?
