Agoda.com Overcharged Me, No Invoice Provided



My credit card was charged a total of 821.24 TL by Agoda.com, which is higher than the reservation cost of 786.57 TL. Despite making numerous attempts, I have not been successful in acquiring the necessary documentation pertaining to my stay. There has been no success in contacting a contact person or a customer service representative. I am urgently requesting that I be reimbursed for the additional amount that they have charged, and I would also like the accommodation invoice that includes the value-added tax (VAT) to be sent to the email address that I provided.
