Agoda Used My Google Name for Booking and Won’t Let Me Change Guest Name

I made a reservation through the Agoda mobile app, and while the booking was confirmed successfully (Booking ID: 1603815613), I later noticed that Agoda automatically used my Google name as the guest name. This is not the name I want associated with the reservation.

The app supposedly allows you to edit the guest name, but every time I try, it gives me an error message. I’m now worried that I might face problems during check-in at the hotel if the name doesn’t match my ID or intended guest information.

Agoda, I urgently need you to update the guest name on this booking. This issue is time-sensitive, and I should not be left stuck because of a flaw in your app. Please fix this or provide immediate support to ensure my stay goes smoothly.
