During the time that I was using the Agoda app to look at different hotel options, an unauthorized sum of 3,456.61 was taken from the credit card that was on file. Despite the fact that I canceled my reservation right away with the number 913500732, the refund was never processed. It has been since the 6th of May, and the matter of my reimbursement has not been resolved. I demand that the fee that was charged for a hotel that I had no intention of staying at be refunded to me.
