Agoda Swissotel Al Maqam Booking Shows 1 Adult Instead of 3+1

I made a reservation via Agoda at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah for the dates 28.08.2026–02.09.2026 as a triple bed city room for 3 adults and 1 child. However, after completing the payment, the confirmation email I received showed the reservation as only for 1 adult, which puts me in a very difficult situation for my stay. I believe this is a system-related error and I request that my booking be urgently corrected and confirmed for 3 adults and 1 child without any extra charge. If this is not resolved, I will have to pursue my legal rights to protect myself against this grievance. I kindly request that my reservation be corrected according to the original selection and that a new, accurate confirmation be sent to me as soon as possible.
