I made a reservation through Agoda (Reservation No: 1659599312) to stay at Hampton by Hilton Riga Airport, Latvia, from October 23–24, 2025. However, I accidentally booked the wrong date and wanted to cancel. When I contacted the hotel, they confirmed that they could assist with a free cancellation or date change, but the process had to be initiated by Agoda. The hotel has been cooperative and even provided written confirmation that they’re willing to help.
I’ve sent multiple emails to Agoda customer service, but I only receive automated responses and have not been able to reach a real representative. The mobile app doesn’t allow direct communication with support, and there’s no phone number available.
I’m requesting that my ₺2,868.33 reservation be canceled for free or the dates changed, as the hotel has already approved this request. The only remaining step is for Agoda to contact the hotel and process the change.
I ask Agoda to have a real customer service agent handle this issue and to complete the free cancellation or date modification as soon as possible, in coordination with the hotel’s written approval.
