Agoda Customer Service Ignored My Complaint After Missing Hotel Booking
On October 25, 2025, I made a reservation through Agoda for Sultan of Side Hotel, paying ₺4,200 ($100) with reservation number 1662644014. The payment was completed successfully, and I received a confirmation email for my booking. However, when I arrived at the hotel to check in, I was told that there was no reservation under my name, which left us stranded. We had to spend hours late at night trying to find another hotel, causing significant inconvenience and frustration.
When I contacted Agoda customer service about this issue, no solution was provided. This experience caused me both financial and emotional distress.
I request that Agoda refund the ₺4,200 ($100) I paid as soon as possible to compensate for this situation.
