Hey everyone, just wanted to give you an update. I had to cancel my reservation with confirmation number 1295253824 for July 16-21 because of some health issues. Bummer, I was really looking forward to that trip. Oh well, better safe than sorry, right? After the cancellation, I reached out to the hotel and got confirmation that the cancellation was approved. They also verified through the system that I would be getting a refund. But I haven't gotten any updates about my payment refund. Hey, I really need some help right now.
