I booked a reservation at Roi Hotel Alsancak through Agoda.com for March 15-17, but due to a medical issue, I need to cancel and request a refund. When I contacted the hotel directly, they stated they are willing to assist, but Agoda must send them an email to process the cancellation.

The biggest issue is that I cannot reach Agoda's customer service in any way. There is no working support line or email response, leaving me stuck in a frustrating situation.

Agoda, I need urgent assistance to cancel my booking and receive my refund. Please process this request as soon as possible.
