Agoda Reservation Cancellation Error and Refund Delay
I am so fed up with my experience on Agoda. Even though my reservation is still within the cancellation period, Agoda is refusing to cancel it. I'm having trouble getting in touch with a customer service representative, and the virtual assistant is unable to handle the cancellation request. I have no choice but to cancel my credit card in order to avoid any charges. This situation is really frustrating, and I keep running into a message that says, "Sorry, we're having some technical issues right now."
This is proof that they did not cancel before 12 o'clock.
