Agoda Refund Still Missing After Cancellation Despite 30-Day Promise
On February 11, 2026, I made a reservation through Agoda for the Malar Hotel in Paris, France. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel this reservation on February 14, 2026. My reservation number is 1697859635. Despite this, 42 days have passed, and I have still not received any refund.
When I tried to contact customer service through your website, it was stated that refunds would be processed within 30 days. However, this period has long passed. Despite that, I have not received any update or refund. I paid a total of $709, and it is unacceptable that this amount has still not been returned to my account.
I request that my refund be urgently processed and credited to my card ending in 9144. Otherwise, if my issue continues unresolved, I will have no choice but to initiate legal action. I will also provide proof of payment and transaction receipt if needed. I expect an immediate response and prompt completion of my refund.
