Agoda Has Delayed My Hotel Refund for More Than 25 Days
I made a reservation through the Agoda app for Jasmine Court Hotel in Cyprus for the dates of June 30 to July 3 under reference number 5286****19. I canceled this reservation on May 17, 2026.
Despite 25 days having passed since I submitted my cancellation request, no refund has been credited to my credit card. In order to obtain information about the process and check the status of my refund, I have repeatedly attempted to contact Agoda customer service through the app and various other communication channels. However, I have been unable to reach any representative, and I have received no response regarding my request.
I am requesting that the full amount I paid for this reservation be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible. The prolonged delay, combined with the lack of customer support and communication, has caused significant frustration and inconvenience.
I expect Agoda to process my refund immediately and provide a clear update regarding the status of my canceled reservation. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to protect my consumer rights.
