On September 15, 2025, I booked Junda Ilios Hotel through Agoda (Booking No: 1650443591) at a confirmed price of €306 (4% discount, ₺14,850.56). However, on September 16, 2025, my Revolut card was charged €321 — higher than the confirmed price. There was no notice, no explanation, and no mention of any additional fees, taxes, or commissions. This is fraudulent and a clear deceptive business practice. I demand the immediate refund of the excess amount and a full explanation for this overcharge. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities and report it publicly. Confirm the refund and next steps without delay.
