Agoda Charged My Card for Paris Ibis Hotel and Refused a ₺12,300 Refund

I booked a stay at the Paris Ibis Hotel through Agoda, believing I would pay upon arrival. However, they immediately charged ₺12,300 to my credit card without my consent. When I canceled the reservation, they informed me that the payment was non-refundable. This is unacceptable and feels like an outright case of unfair profit. I strongly advise against booking through Agoda; their policies are misleading and lack transparency. Booking.com is much safer and more reliable in comparison. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend Agoda to anyone. I demand an immediate refund of my money and a proper explanation for this unauthorized charge.
