I Haven’t Received My Adyen SWIFT Transfer to Ziraat Bank for 12 Days
On September 1, 2023, a ₺2550 SWIFT payment was supposedly transferred to my Ziraat Bank account via Adyen. However, as of today—12 days later—there is still no sign of this amount in my account. I’ve been checking my balance regularly, and there has been no activity related to this transfer.
I contacted my Ziraat Bank branch directly, and they confirmed that no such transaction appears in their system under my name or account. If the payment was truly sent, where is it now? I’m extremely frustrated by the lack of transparency and the silence around this issue. I demand an immediate investigation and resolution, and I expect Adyen to provide a full explanation and make sure my funds are delivered without further delay.
