Detectio Charged ₺1000 Instead of ₺26 Without Explanation

I downloaded the Detectio app after seeing a charge of ₺26 advertised, but on December 8, 2024, nearly ₺1000 was withdrawn from my account without my authorization. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deceptive practice.

I demand a full refund of the unauthorized amount immediately. There was no indication that such a large charge would occur, and I want to understand why this happened. Charging users significantly more than the advertised amount without proper disclosure is unethical. I expect Detectio to take responsibility for this issue, refund my money promptly, and ensure transparency in their pricing to prevent this from happening to others. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
