ADT Disconnections, Failed Inspections, And No-Show Engineers!
They swooped in and took over my alarm service about six months back. At first, everything seemed alright, but then the disconnections and alarm problems started creeping in. When these problems started happening more than I could manage, finally decided to book an inspection for today, the 11th. But get this, they canceled it not once, but twice on the same day! And to top it off, no one even bothered to show up in the end. Now, I'm pretty darn sure of two things. First off, this system is gonna act up more often than not. And secondly, I'll be spending every single day chasing up their engineers just to get things sorted. I'll keep you posted if they ever decide to actually show up.
