ADT Exorbitant Cancellation Fee, Constant Problems Ignored
ADT has been terrible to me thus far. dealing with them has always been a total pain. the most recent was the exorbitant cancellation fee for a security system that done nothing for us. I asked to cancel it two days ago, ADT couldn't care less about the repeated problems I've been having with them. It appears like everyone I know who has dealt with them has had similar nightmare stories, so it's not just me. ADT is clearly the worst security company in the market. I do think they should be hold liable as they failed to realize many of their promises. I will not give up until we receive compensation for the last year they caused me all the trouble.
