Adidas Forum Mid Shoes Fell Apart in 2 Months and I Got Poor Support
Hello; I bought Adidas Forum mid shoes from Sneaks Up on 06/02/2024 (February), and within 2 months the shoe opened from the inner left side. I took it to Sneaks Up on 26/05/2024 (in May), and they took it to Istanbul to send it for inspection. They sent a letter with shoes on 10/06/2024. They said it was user error and sent it back to the store. Not a message, not an e-mail, not a call; In no way did the store share any information with me about the product's results. When I sent an e-mail to Sneaks Up on July 7, I learned that my shoes were sent back to the store on 10/06/2024 and I was not even sent a message or informed. My shoes were in the store for 1 month. I went to the store to buy it, I asked why I wasn't informed, they forgot. Because of them, I could not use the product since 26/05/2024. Shoes do not tear every 2 months due to user error. What happened to the shoes? It opened out of the blue. And I am guilty. I want my grievance to be resolved urgently. I trusted the quality of Sneaks Up and Adidas and bought the product. I regret it, it is a low-quality and cheap brand. He does not accept that he makes poor-quality products. No consumer should prefer Sneaks Up and Adidas brands.
