Adidas Shoes Torn After 20 Days and Claim Rejected

On September 5, 2026, I purchased an original pair of Adidas shoes from Ayakkabı Dünyası for TRY 4,754. Although the shoes were only used approximately 6–7 times over a period of about 20 days, a tear developed in the ankle area. I am sure that this damage did not result from improper or extreme use, and I consider this situation unacceptable for a product sold as an original Adidas item. On September 27, 2026, I returned the shoes to your store and requested that they be sent for inspection. On October 6, 2026, I was informed that the inspection result was a rejection of my claim. A product that becomes torn at the ankle after such limited and normal use, despite its price and brand, clearly does not meet reasonable expectations of quality and durability. For this reason, I object to the inspection result and request that the shoes be treated as a defective product. I kindly request that they be replaced with a new, equivalent pair of shoes. If replacement is not possible, I request a full refund of TRY 4,754. If my request is not resolved, I reserve all of my legal rights and will submit the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for further review. I ask that my complaint be evaluated once again and that I receive a clear, written response as soon as possible.
