Adidas Shoes Rip Apart, Refund Nowhere in Sight
I bought a pair of white Adidas Ultrabounce EL K size 31 sports shoes from FLO on the shopping site Pazarama on April 18, 2023. Surprisingly, the product broke after only 3 uses. I called FLO's customer service on July 1, 2023, and they told me to send the shoes for "inspection" using the code I got from Pazarama. I told Pazarama right away what was going on, and they gave me a return code for July 11, 2023. I sent the shoes to FLO for inspection, but they wouldn't take them. When I called FLO's customer service again, they opened a ticket for me, but they never got back to me. They just made Pazarama take care of it again. Since July 12, 2023, I've been waiting for the shoes to be returned, but there's still no sign of my money. It's awful that FLO is trying to trick people in this way. Now that I've paid both FLO and Pazarama, I'm out of luck. Even the courier said that FLO has done things like this before. What a shame!
