adidas Sent Me a Defective and Completely Wrong Product

I ordered a product through the Adidas app, but they sent me a completely unrelated, cheap, and defective item that’s not even usable. The product I received doesn’t match the quality, category, or even the basic features of what I ordered. To the person who prepared, packaged, and knowingly caused this issue, I send my sincerest lack of affection. It’s frustrating to see such negligence coming directly from the official channel. There's really nothing more to say. I specifically ordered from the brand’s own app instead of third-party e-commerce platforms to avoid problems like this. Clearly, even the employees within the brand’s own structure don’t deserve that trust.
