Acuvue Qasys Lens Boxes Contain Torn Lenses

I've been a devoted customer of Atasun for years and have been using Acuvue Qasys lenses for quite some time. Unfortunately, I've come across instances where the lens edges were damaged upon opening the box, happening about six times in total. After contacting Atasun regarding this matter, they suggested that I return the lens if the issue occurs again. Due to my hectic schedule, I was unable to promptly accept their offer. However, this morning, when I opened a new box, I discovered that the corner of the lens was torn. I need help with this issue.
