I recently purchased Acuvue Oasys lenses, but to my dismay, they arrived torn due to a manufacturing defect. The lenses had noticeable tears, rendering them unusable and causing discomfort when worn. It was a disappointing experience, as my eyes were irritated and I couldn't use the lenses. Upon reaching out for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses. The company suggested contacting the place of purchase for a resolution. Unfortunately, the communication with the seller didn't yield any solutions either. The lenses remain damaged, with visible tears persisting even after a month. Considering this situation, I firmly believe that a refund is the only reasonable course of action. I kindly request an expedited refund for the defective lenses I received.
