I ordered a 3-month supply of 6 Acuvue contact lenses, which I have been using regularly. However, this time, the lenses were not delivered in good condition. When I put them on, I felt a sharp pain in my eye, and upon closer inspection, I realized that one of the lenses had a hole in it. I am disappointed that out of the 3 lenses I opened, one was completely unusable. I don't even know if the other 3 lenses are damaged or not. I purchased the lenses from a store in Şanlıurfa, and the issue is not related to the store, but rather a production error. I have never experienced this problem with this brand before, and I advise others who use the same brand to be careful. If I had not noticed the defect, it could have caused blindness. I expect an apology and an explanation from the company regarding this terrible situation. I wonder who would take responsibility in such a situation and who I would contact?
