My Acuvue Oasys Lenses Arrived Warped and Scratched

I've been using Acuvue Oasys contact lenses for nearly 20 years. However, in my most recent purchase, I noticed unacceptable warping and deep scratches on the lenses right out of the package. I filed a complaint about this issue, but it remains unresolved after 20 days. A call center employee who contacted me from the company stated that there are only five call center staff for this brand in Turkey, with no managers or senior staff available. I was shocked to receive such a response from a reputable brand, and my problem remains unsolved. Despite paying a considerable amount, I'm currently unable to use my lenses. I'm deeply affected by the realization that I've been using products from a company that seems to disregard human health for years. I'm sharing this complaint to caution other users of the same brand to be more vigilant, to check their products before use, and to be aware that they may only be able to reach call center staff if they encounter issues. Note: The lenses in the image are different and have never been used.
