Lens Defects Plague Acuvue Brand - It Must Be Fixed
About eight months ago, I purchased Acuvue lenses, and initially, I used them very cleanly and securely. When I opened the second package as the time passed, there seemed to be no problem when I put them in my eyes. However, after 2-3 days, my left eye became blurry. This bothered me, so I threw away the lens. When I opened the last package, I noticed spots on my lens two hours after wearing them, and I thought this was a mistake, so I consulted my optician. My optician said it was a manufacturing defect. However, when we sent it to the company, they refused to acknowledge their mistake. Two packs of my lenses went to waste. If this complaint is not addressed, I will appeal to the Consumer Rights Arbitration Board. Thank you.
