Acer Nitro 5 an515-57 Failed in 6 Months, Void Warranty

Six months ago, I purchased an Acer Nitro 5 laptop, model an515-57. I used the laptop occasionally until one day it couldn't charge anymore. Subsequently, I sent it for service. A week later, the service contacted me, stating that there was a liquid contact, and both the motherboard and the keyboard needed replacement to repair the device. They quoted 36,000 ₺ for this repair. Despite my vehement claim that there was no liquid contact, they insisted on returning the device without any repairs. How is it possible that the repair costs for the same device on the market are around 21-22,000 ₺, while they demand 36,000 ₺ for the repair? The courier even warned me that they would claim it was user error to demand money. I demand an investigation into this matter.
