Acer Nitro 5 AN515-46: Unresolved Graphics and Processor Malfunctions

After purchasing my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-46 laptop, I started experiencing serious issues with the processor and graphics card approximately 3-4 months later. The computer either fails to boot, the screen takes a long time to turn on, or the AMD Radeon Graphics hardware does not work; I cannot run games, and every time I start the computer, I have to disable and re-enable the hardware through Device Manager. This problem has persisted for approximately 1.5 years. I first contacted the authorized service in Istanbul. Since the issue did not occur every time the computer was turned on, it was not examined thoroughly; only FurMark tests were performed, and it was returned to me without repair. When I opened the computer, the problem persisted. I sent videos and screenshots to Acer, but they asked me to send the computer immediately. Due to exam week and shipping costs, I could not do this right away. After the computer sustained a small dent on the top-right corner, I sent it again for warranty service. Acer received it on September 10th, but I received no updates for a long time. I was later informed that the warranty did not cover the damage due to the dent and that the RAM was not original, and I was quoted a price of ₺34,800. However, the computer had only been serviced twice, the warranty and invoice are valid, and the RAM was never replaced. I originally purchased the laptop for ₺21,700; the quoted repair cost is excessively high and unreasonable. Throughout this process, I could not obtain a solution from customer service. The problem started while the warranty was still valid and was never resolved. Based on this experience, I will personally avoid purchasing Acer products in the future, and I advise others to consider alternative brands. I request that my laptop be repaired either free of charge or for a reasonable fee.
