AARDY Charged Me Twice When I Asked For Only One Policy
I recently noticed on my credit card statement (after my billing cycle ended) that I was charged twice for insurance by your company, each for $1200, On July 15th, I called and spoke to a representative who canceled policy number YZ*****8217. They said I'd get a refund to my Mastercard, but the confirmation email mentioned it could take a week or some more. The problem is, my credit card payment is almost due, and I’ll have to pay both $1200 charges. Now I have to wait for the refund, which won't show up on my statement until next month, they are making me go through so much. They could’ve just done it right.
