I Faced Poor Communication and Delays With 7Slots Withdrawal Process

I initiated a withdrawal request from 7Slots yesterday and was told the process would be completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. However, when I followed up the next morning, I was suddenly told I needed to get the transaction manually approved—a step they never informed me about during the initial process.

This lack of upfront information caused a lot of confusion and frustration. I kept waiting based on the original timeframe they provided, only to be told later that more steps were needed. When I contacted customer service, they offered no proper explanation—just a generic response that the process had now started.

This experience seriously shakes my trust in the platform. Clear, timely communication is the bare minimum when handling money-related transactions. I feel like I’m being kept in the dark about the status of my own funds. If and when the money is successfully transferred to my account, I will consider updating this review. But for now, I urge 7Slots to take user transparency seriously and improve their support system immediately.
