4rabet IMPS Withdrawal Marked Paid but Not Received in Bank

I have a serious problem with a withdrawal on my 4rabet account. On 5 June I requested a withdrawal of 25,300 rupees via IMPS. In the 4rabet app this transaction is marked as “paid out” but I have not received any money in my bank account. Before this, I had made four withdrawals from 4rabet and all of them were successfully credited, so this situation is clearly abnormal. For this missing withdrawal I have already written more than 50 emails to 4rabet support, but I have not received any helpful response and the money is still not in my account. I kindly request that 4rabet urgently investigate this withdrawal and either immediately credit the missing 25,300 rupees to my account or provide a clear solution without any further delay.
