I have been using 4rabet from India for a while and have regularly received my withdrawals to the same bank account via IMPS without any issues.
On April 2, I placed a withdrawal request of ₹10,000 via IMPS. However, the funds have never been credited to my bank account.
Since then, I have contacted 4rabet multiple times through Telegram, in-app chat support, and email. The only response I receive is that the payment has been successfully processed on their end and that they are coordinating with their payment provider if the money has not reached my bank.
In many cases, they stop responding altogether, leaving me without any meaningful update or resolution. This is especially concerning because this is not my first withdrawal, and previous payments to the same account have always been completed successfully.
I request that 4rabet immediately credit the ₹10,000 either to my bank account or back to my gaming wallet. I also ask for clear proof of the transaction, such as confirmation or a reference from the payment provider or bank.
Additionally, I expect a detailed written explanation of why this issue occurred despite my successful withdrawal history and why it has not been resolved in a timely manner.
