I Face Missing ₹10,000 Withdrawal From 4rabet Account

I have been using 4rabet from India for a while and have regularly received my withdrawals to the same bank account via IMPS without any issues.

On April 2, I placed a withdrawal request of ₹10,000 via IMPS. The next day, the withdrawal status in my 4rabet account was marked as “paid out,” and the transaction token ID shown for this withdrawal is lsK2eQ4PXpoooodVP4UWCtLDxgwGNWCY. However, the funds have never been credited to my bank account.

Since then, I have contacted 4rabet multiple times through Telegram, in-app chat support, and email. The only response I receive is that the payment has been successfully processed on their end and that they are coordinating with their payment provider if the money has not reached my bank.

In many cases, they stop responding altogether, leaving me without any meaningful update or resolution. This is especially concerning because this is not my first withdrawal, and previous payments to the same account have always been completed successfully.

I request that 4rabet immediately credit the ₹10,000 either to my bank account or back to my gaming wallet. I also ask for clear proof of the transaction, such as confirmation or a reference from the payment provider or bank.

Additionally, I expect a detailed written explanation of why this issue occurred despite my successful withdrawal history and why it has not been resolved in a timely manner.

Dear 4rabet Support Team, Thank you for your response. However, my issue still remains unresolved even after more than one month since the withdrawal request dated April 2. I have already provided all required information from my side multiple times through email and support communication. The withdrawal status on my account shows “paid out,” but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. Since previous withdrawals to the same account were completed successfully, this delay is extremely concerning. If the transaction is genuinely under verification, I request the following immediately: The official UTR/RRN/Bank reference number for the IMPS transaction, Payment gateway confirmation or transfer proof, Current transaction status from the banking partner, Expected resolution timeline. An IMPS transaction normally takes minutes or, in rare banking cases, a few working days — not over a month. Repeatedly stating that the matter is “under review” without providing any concrete update is not acceptable. If the payment failed or was reversed by the provider/bank, then kindly process the refund back to my 4rabet account balance immediately. I request that this case be escalated to the concerned payments or finance department for urgent resolution and a final update at the earliest. Awaiting a proper resolution.
